SHIPPING FOR e-MASKS & e-BANDS 

Please be advised that e-Masks and e-Bands are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or credit.

We ship via Canada Post, due to the high demand please allow 2-5 business days for your order to dispatch. Please allow 2-4 days for shipping to the GTA, 3 – 10 business days for urban areas, 6-15 business days for remote locations, and 1-2 business days for Xpresspost shipping.

(Please note: orders placed on Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday)

International shipping times are calculated during checkout and should be added to the production time for the most accurate estimate of arrival. 

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be determined at time of purchase. All additional charges, usually levied once shipment reaches your country, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

SHIPPING FOR E3

Production time refers to the time it takes your order to go through the production process; this estimate is separate from shipping time. Shipping times are calculated during checkout and should be added to the production time for the most accurate estimate of arrival. 

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be determined at time of purchase. All additional charges, usually levied once shipment reaches your country, are the responsibility of the customer.

*UPS does not ship to PO Boxes therefore; it is best to provide a residential/work address.

 

RETURNS
Simply email hello@e3koncept.com to request a return authorization code and return instructions. E3 Koncept does not take any responsibility for outside of Canada returns, so for added safety, please use a well-established courier and insure all packages with a tracking number.

EXCHANGES
Once your item(s) have been returned you must allow 14 working days for your original payment method to be reimbursed. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation to the email address provided when checking out. Your bank may require extra time to process the refund onto your account.

REFUNDS
We collect your personal information to provide you with helpful, relevant information and the best shopping experience on our sites and e-mails. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION

If you decide to cancel or modify your pre-order please write to us at hello@e3koncept.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
